How It Works
- A customer calls the restaurant's regular phone number.
- Our AI voice agent answers, understands the order in the customer's language, and confirms details such as items, pickup time, and contact information.
- The order is automatically sent to the restaurant's kitchen printer and confirmed to the customer by SMS.
- Restaurant staff stay focused on food preparation instead of juggling phone calls during peak hours.
Current Deployment
Our pilot client is Mr. Sakana Sushi & More in Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany, where the system handles live customer phone orders in German.
